Theme Thursday: Trees or Leaves

Hiya, folks! It's time once again for our weekly linky-dink with Clan Donaldson! And now, without further ado:

Daffodils in February
or
Valentine's Day, Southern Style
(neither of which has to do with naming leaves, but you can see they are there)

So I tried the manual setting on my camera- I have no idea why this came out so dark.

See? Plenty bright.

Manual, a wee bit of Orton.
That one is my favorite. Two very Spring-y creations, even if one is ahead of the other. I love the way the Dogwood looks like it's reaching out to God, asking to be embraced by the same loveliness as its downstairs neighbor.

Oh Dogwood, we all bloom in our own time.

  2. I seriously thought of taking pictures of daffodils. So glad a real photographer took these images for me to see.

  3. I love daffodils! I, like Cari, haven't seen daffodils in almost year! They're so happy and "spring'y" - maybe I'll go to the florist and buy those miniature potted ones today, brighten this joint up!
